Dean of Graduate Studies Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the course contents of graduate studies in collegial consolation with the college senior professors and faculty heads.
- Provide final approval of student admission to the college as well as their graduation.
- Implement the academic and admissions standards of the college.
- Conduct screening interviews for applicant professors, assistant professors and other college staff.
- Conduct admission interviews for working students applying for master’s degrees.
- Develop the college budget for approval and implementation.

- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Must have a portfolio of published works and a stellar experience in entrepreneurship either with his own business or as a corporate executive
- Must have excellent leadership, organizational and managerial skills
Dean of Graduate Studies Education and Qualifications
- A doctoral degree is basic with at least 7-10 years of experience as a full time professor in a business college is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience as a corporate executive is an advantage
