A homeopathic is a healer who works to treat some sensitive patients with dilute substances which are in the form of small tablets. Such homeopathic medicines are based on medical formulas which trigger body’s natural immune system to cure the disease. However, duration of taking homeopathic drugs is weeks, months and years unlike other prescription type medicines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- He has to communicate with the patients to prepare the medical case history or to take an overview of the disease.
- Homeopathic doctor has to monitor and evaluate the patient’s progress.
- He has to suggest the precautions and provide suitable medicines to cure various diseases paying attention to patient’s conditions.
- Homeopathic needs to instruct the patients regarding the daily dose and effects of medicines along with particular remedies.
- He has to educate the patients on their issues related to diet, heath care initials, mental health and appropriate daily exercise.
- Homeopathic must respond to patient’s queries and problems and must provide mental support to physiologically weak patients.
Skills & Specifications
- He should have sound knowledge of particular homeopathic liquids and tablets before starting treatment of some patients.
- He must be able to maintain medical notes and clinical case history of every single patient.
- Homeopathic should be able to run seminars and presentations to alert the community about certain serious diseases.
- He must be good in recognizing acupuncture points, herbs therapy and holistic hailer.
- He should be ready to visit the patient in emergency and must be able to suggest perfect cure in stress full conditions.
Education & Qualifications
Homeopathic should be a graduate in biology along with homeopathic courses from accredited university and medical health institutions. He must be aware of homeopathic techniques. It is a plus point for a homeopathic to obtain a registered license to practice as a homeopathic specialist.
