The Operations Administrator is the one who directs the different affairs of the business when it comes to finances. He or she is also responsible for the processing of the daily operations and documentations of invoices, paperwork, and transactions. An office administrator is also responsible for updating the catalogues and provides assistance with product inventories. These people are always present in the business despite of the holidays and occasions.

- An operations administrator must answer phone calls made by clients and investors in order to set and arrange appointments for future investment and partnership.
