Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interacting with store clients and taking their feedback on the goods and services provided by the store.
  • Registering consumer complaints and addressing all queries effectively and promptly.
  • Forwarding all suggestions, complaints and other feedback to the retail manager.
  • Upholding the objective of the company and building the brand image.
  • Assisting in making marketing plans and conceptualizing store events.
  • Keeping a track of all products, sale trends and market trends to be able to interact with customers better.
  • Completing all tasks delegated by the supervising manager.
  • Meeting all assigned targets.
  • Assisting the sales team and other departments by providing them relevant customer feedbacks.

Skills and Specifications

  • Should possess good written as well as verbal communication skills.
  • Should be a good team worker and have the ability of synchronizing work functions with co-workers.
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with clients.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in retailing, sales or other related field of study with 3 – 5 years experience in the retail industry.
