Telecoms Customer Relationship Management Trainee Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to the team of customer relations agents tasked to handle various corporate clients in their assigned sales area.
- Perform client support task as may be directed by the customer relationship officer or manager.
- Liaise with telecoms operations to relay client bandwidth requirements
- Liaise with tariff management to relay client needs for adjusting tariffs.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic performance report on customer retention programs and campaigns.
Telecoms Customer Relationship Management Trainee Skills and Specifications
- Must have excellent interpersonal and social skills to deal with difficult clients
- A few years of experience in customer relations in other service companies can be an assets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Above average management and organizing skills for leading a team in maintaining high profile market presence with clients.

- A college Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Business Management, Public Relations, Psychology, Advertising or equivalent course that deal with human behavior in business is an advantage to the profession.
