Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for selling holiday and travel products to the public
- Ensure sales targets that have been set out by the travel agency manager are met

- Liaise with tour operator companies and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules
- Are in charge of general administration
- Responsible for advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts
- Oversee the usage and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via a network
- Organize displays of promotional material.
