Kindergarten Teacher Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach basics skills which can include letter recognitions, alphabet recognitions
- Developing physical and mental skills of the students
- Formulating plans and rules to make them grow in a positive manner
- Giving personal attention to particular students if required
- Prepare and provide students with variety of materials and methods to learn and explore
- Keeping and maintaining records and grades for regular assessment of the children
- Attending parent meets to guide the parents about the nature and skills of their children
- Meet with professionals to discover new ways of helpings the students develop and understand better
- Instruct and monitor students in developing their overall personality
