Respiratory Therapist Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Caring, evaluating and testing of the patients who suffer from complications which are related to breathing and the breathing system.
- Practicing under the guidance of physicians for ensuring that proper respiratory care of the patients is properly carried out.
- Consulting the physicians regarding the holistic health of the patients.
- Treating patients of all ages for different types of respiration related problems.
- Providing relief to patients of asthma, heart stroke, heart attack and heart failure.
- Conducting a variety of tests for determining different types of respiratory complications of the patients.
- Checking out the breathing capacity and concentration of oxygen gas in the blood of people.
